Pokemon Black and White: Walkthrough - Tubeline Bridge
There is a Battle Girl walking around on this bridge that will give you TM 43 Flame Charge. Flame Charge deals damage and increases the user's Speed stat by one stage. Keep walking forward and you will eventually see Ghetsis. The Shadow Triad will teleport around you and push you toward him. Ghetsis will make a long-winded speech about you and N battling to determine the true hero. Continue forward to enter Route 9.
