Pokemon Black and White - Relocator Pokemon Black and White: Relocator The Relocator allows you to transfer an event Shiny Raikou, Entei, or Suicune or an event Celebi from Generation IV to Pokemon Black and White. To unlock it, go to the western building on the northern end of Castelia City near the passageway to Route 4. There is a Scientist on the 11th floor of that building that asks for a phrase. Enter these two phrases:

1. EVERYONE HAPPY
2. SIMPLE CONNECTION

This will unlock the Relocator and allow you to transfer the special event Pokemon to let you catch Zorua in Castelia City and catch Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest. The Relocator can be accessed from the main menu before you load your saved game.
