This is the Site History of PokeAmph. I hope you enjoy. Okay...PokeAmph started out as a one page website that started on May 2nd of 1999, and was unamed. It had a few pictures, then I stopped updating it because I couldn't figure out how to link it to another page of mine. Finally after a month or so of doing nothing to it I finally tried to link pages and...IT WORKED!!! After fiquring out how to link pages I updated like every possible second. Then the first layout was just news as plain text, then the side-bars as plain blue text links on the left. Then PokeAmph still didn't have a name. Since Gold and Silver just came out, I decided it would involve one of the new Pokemon. Then after purchasing Gold, I liked Amphoras a lot. Then I used Poke in Pokemon, then Amph in Amphoras. Amphoras isn't quite my favorite though, my favorite is Squirtle. Then I made my first layout, which was Black and Red. Then after people saying they didn't like the layout, and that it was too dark, I changed it to the "Summer Edition", which was Blue and Light Blue. Then there was the white and blue layout which I liked a lot, Marriland made a banner for this layout. The next layout was a great layout made by PokeSafari, and it went very good with the Ampharos theme. The current layout was made by me, and is my personal favorite. I think it uses yellow in a good way that isn't too harsh on the eyes.
