Go to OAK's LAB, and once inside, talk to him. You will receive HM08 ROCK CLIMB. Now we can fully explore so many locations!

He also grants us access to Mt. Silver...this is it.

You will need a Pokemon with HMs ROCK CLIMB, ROCK SMASH, SURF, and WATERFALL.

Exit the lab, and FLY to VICTORY ROAD. Or FLY to VIRIDIAN CITY, and exit west to Route 22, then get to VICTORY ROAD. Your choice!

ROUTE 26

Enter the RECEPTION GATE, right above you.

If you came from Route 22, you will come in from the right side. If you came in from Route 26, then from the bottom side. Either way, exit to the left!
