Heart Gold and Soul Silver: Bug Catching Contest
North of Goldenrod City is National Park, where you can compete in the Bug Catching Contest every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The point is to catch the best Bug Pokemon which will judged by species rarity and level.
You are sent into the park with 20 Contest Balls. You can only hold one caught Bug Pokemon at a time. If you catch a better Pokemon than the one your currently have, you must release it in order to keep the newer one.
1st Place: Fire, Water, Thunder, Leaf, Moon, Sun, Dark, Light, Awakening, or Round Stone. (Chosen Randomly)
2nd Place: Everstone.
3rd Place: Sitrus Berry.
4th Place: Shed Shell.
