Located at the top of Mt. Coronet after defeating the Team Galactic boss.

Uxie Lv. 50

Uxie is located at Lake Acuity after battling Dialga / Palkia.

Azelf Lv. 50

Azelf is located at Lake Valor after battling Dialga / Palkia.

Heatran Lv. 70

Hatran is located in Stark Mountain after getting the National Pokedex.

Regigigas Lv. 70

Regigigas is located in the temple north of Snowpoint City. You must have the other three Regis (rock, ice steel) in your party to battle him.

Giratina Lv. 70

Giratina is located in Turnback Cave near Route 214 after getting the National Pokedex.

Roaming Legendary Pokemon:

Mesprit Lv. 50

Mesprit is located at Lake Verity after battling Dialga / Palkia. It will flee after you talk to it and you must track it with you Poketch.

Cresselia Lv. 50

You must have the National Pokedex to reach Cresselia. Talk to the parent of the child having nightmares in Canalave City. She will tell you about Full Moon Island. Then talk to the sailor and he will take you there. After you talk to Cresselia on Full Moon Island it will take off and you must track it using your Poketch.

Special Legendary Pokemon:

Manaphy Lv. 1

Manaphy must be transfered from Pokemon Ranger.

Event Legendary Pokemon:

Darkrai Lv. 40

You must have the Membership Pass in order to enter the Canalave City Motel. Go to sleep in one of the beds and you will be visited by Darkrai while you sleep. Check the diary next to the bed to see where Darkrai is. Talk to the Sailor in Canalave City and he will take you to Darkrai.

Shaymin Lv. 30

You must have Oak's Letter in order to reach Shaymin. With Oak's Letter go to the White Rock on Route 224 and you will notice the Route has been extended. Follow it all the way to the end to find Shaymin.

Arceus Lv. 80

You must have Heaven's Pipe in order to reach Arceus. Go to the top of Mt. Coronet and use Heaven's Pipe. A set of stairs will appear that will lead to the Hall of Origin where Arceus will be waiting.
