Location: Mistralton Cave After you get HM 03 Surf you can access Mistralton Cave on Route 6. After you talk to the old man in the cave, Cobalion will be available to battle at the northwestern end. (Must have Surf and Strength) |

Location: Victory Road After you catch Cobalion in Mistralton Cave, Terrakion will be in a newly unlocked area of Victory Road. (Must have Strength) |

Location: Pinwheel Forest After you catch Cobalion in Mistralton Cave, Virizion will be in on the eastern side of the Pinwheel Forest. |

Location: Abundant Shrine Go to the Abundant Shrine with both Tornadus and Thundurus in your party and inspect the shrine. |
 Kyurem Lv. 75 |
Location: Giant Chasm The Giant Chasm is on the north end of Route 13. After obtaining the National Pokedex, Kyrem is at the very end inside a cave waiting to battle. |
 Tornadus Lv. 40 Black Exclusive |
After obtaining all 8 badges, go to Route 10 where you will be informed of odd weather. Go to Route 7, east of the Celestial Tower, and you will be pulled into a house by a woman. Once you leave, Tornadus will swoop down before flying away. He will now be roaming throughout Unova. You know he is present when there is an intense storm. If you knock Tornadus out, you can encounter it again after you beat the Elite 4. |
 Thundurus Lv. 40 White Exclusive |
After obtaining all 8 badges, go to Route 10 where you will be informed of odd weather. Go to Route 7, east of the Celestial Tower, and you will be pulled into a house by a woman. Once you leave, Thundurus will swoop down before flying away. He will now be roaming throughout Unova. You know he is present when there is an intense storm.
