A special edition Eevee-themed 3DS XL will be available in Japan soon. It will only be produced in limited quantities, so a lottery system will be used to select potential buyers. This system was used last year for the Charizard 3DS XL. Winners of the lottery will be able to purchase their Eevee 3DS XL at Pokemon Center stores in Japan starting on June 22nd. The region Pokemon X and Y takes place in is officially known as the Kalos region. The four new generation 6 Pokemon already have English names. Elikiteru is Helioptile, Gogoat remains Gogoat, Yancham is now Pancham, and Yayakoma is Fletchling. Check out the full story for every tidbit about the Kalos region and each Pokemon currently known.
The latest issue of CoroCoro has leaked four new Pokemon from X and Y, as well as some other worthwhile information. Their Japanese names are Elikiteru, Gogoat, Yancham, and Yayakoma. Elikiteru is an Electric/Normal type lizard. Gogoat is a Grass type goat. Yancham is a Fighting type Panda. Yayakoma is a Normal/Flying robin.
The magazine also shows off the two games’ box art. The X box art is white and blue with Xerneas standing in front of a big X. The Y box art features Yveltal with a black and red color scheme stading in front of a large Y.
The Bianca Pokedex skin is now available to owners of Black and White 2. It features a green and white Pokeball with Bianca’s bow in the middle. In order to unlock it, you must enter the missing word from a phrase. The password is Floccesy. Make sure you capitalize the first letter. The full phrase is, ”Continue straight this way to Floccesy Town”. The skin will be available until June 13th, so get it while you still can.
New Mew and Mewtwo dolls are now available to decorate your Dream World home. The password MEWTWOMEW unlocks the both dolls. They will only be available until June 6th, so don’t wait.
If you have a Dream World account, you can find the password in your Pokemon Trainer Club Mailbox.
Three Team Plasma Pokemon TCG tins will release this fall. They will feature Deoxys EX, Lugia EX, and Thundurus EX promo cards. A European retailer recently added images of the tins with the text “Art Not Final” imposed on top of the card art, suggesting the cards will have new artwork.
Players of Generation V Pokemon games will be able to download a level 100 Deoxys from May 8th to May 31st. It will be available to copies of Black & White 2 through WiFi Mystery Gift. This falls in line with the release of the Plasma Freeze TCG set, which features a Deoxys EX card.
Its move set matches the Masuda Deoxys given away in Japanese stores last February. It knows the moves Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Recover, and Psycho Boost.
The Top Cut’s Bad Deck Monday series shows off a terrible deck each week. This episode features Quadza, which uses four Rayquaza EX and no other Pokemon. C-Gear skins of Black and White Kyurem have been announced for Japanese copies of Pokemon Black and White 2. They will be available to download from April 26th to June 11th. The skins commemorate Japan Cup 2013, which runs from May 3rd to May 6th.

The Team Plasma Box will release on May 29th. It retails for $14.99. The box includes three BW series booster packs, Giratina and Darkrai full art promo cards, a jumbo-sized Darkrai full art card, and a Team Plasma coin.

Yet another password for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity has been released. The password M676YKQN unlocks a Psychic Gift, which makes an unevolved Psychic Pokemon join your team.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will release in Europe and Australia on May 17th and 18th, respectively. It has sold over 145,000 copies to date.
The final batch of downloadable dungeons are now available for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. The selection includes Axe Rock, Mount Tepid, Treat Road, and Strongest Trail.
Mount Tepid is filled with Tepigs to befriend and Fire Devices, which strengthen stats of Fire-type Pokemon. Treat Road is the only place to find Donuts in the game. Strongest Trail has the exclusive Persistence Crown, which boosts the holder’s Special Defense.
A new trailer for the 16th Pokemon movie Extremespeed Genesect: Mewtwo’s Awakening has been added to the Japanese Pokemon YouTube Channel. Mewtwo’s new form is shown animated for the first time. It changes form without any help from an outside source, so maybe it can change form at will throughout the movie?
More of the plot is revealed, with Genesect vowing to return the world to the way it existed over 300 million years ago. That’s why Genesect is trying to destroy the city Ash and friends find themselves in. Mewtwo understands Genesect’s ideas, considering Mewtwo was also created by humans and wasn’t meant to exist in this time period. But Mewtwo doesn’t think destroying the city is the answer.
Pokemon Spring Regional Championships took place this weekend. That means there are six champions that took the top prize in their age division. Each winner earned a paid invitation to their national tournament in Canada or the US. Check out the full list of Spring Regional winners at Pokemon.com.
